I oversee the day – to – day running of the business and bring over 20 years of passion and experience from the motor trade. What started as a genuine love for the industry has grown into a career built on pride, precision and customer satisfaction. I’m committed to delivering the highest level of service to every customer and take great pride in both my work, and my team.

Outside of work you’ll usually find me at Kessingland beach or trackside enjoying Moto GP and BTCC, above all, I value spending quality time with my family which keeps me grounded and motivated in everything I do.

As a dedicated service advisor with a passion for customer care and automotive excellence, I bring a strong commitment to clear communication, problem-solving, and building trust with every client I meet. With several years of experience in the automotive industry, I’ve developed a keen eye for diagnosing service needs and ensuring that each vehicle receives top-quality care — all while keeping customers informed and confident in the process.

Outside of work, I’m an avid traveller who finds inspiration in exploring new places, cultures, and perspectives. Whether it’s a road trip through scenic landscapes or discovering hidden gems abroad, traveling fuels my curiosity and helps me connect with people from all walks of life — a quality I bring back to my role every day.

Hi, I’m Lewis – Diagnostic Technician and Lead ADAS Technician here at Automotion Diagnostics. I’ve been in the motor trade for over 16 years, starting my journey straight from school with a deep interest in how things work and a determination to make a career doing something I truly care about.

From the beginning, I’ve had a strong desire to keep pushing forward – to be better, learn more, and stay ahead of the curve in what is one of the fastest-evolving industries out there. Whether it’s mastering the latest diagnostic systems or staying up to date with cutting-edge ADAS technology, I believe that by investing in my own development, I can deliver real value to our customers – through better accuracy, faster solutions, and longer-lasting repairs.

For me, it’s not just about fixing cars – it’s about raising standards. I want every customer who walks through our doors to feel confident that they’re getting expert-level care backed by the latest knowledge and equipment. The more I learn, the more I can pass on – not just in the quality of the work we do, but in the level of trust and transparency we build with every job.

Outside of work, I’m a huge motorsport enthusiast and completely hooked on anything with two wheels. I’ve got a lifelong love for motorcycles and a particular passion for MotoGP – Marc Márquez has been a big inspiration of mine over the years. That same energy and focus that goes into racing is something I try to bring into my own work – always pushing, always improving.

I’m a highly experienced mechanic with over 11 years in the automotive industry. Throughout my career, I’ve built a solid reputation for my technical skills, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering high-quality work. I’m also a certified MOT tester and hold an EV Level 4 qualification, allowing me to work confidently on the latest electric vehicle systems.

Beyond the workshop, I have a deep passion for sailing and all things boat related. Whether it’s navigating open waters or tinkering with marine engines, I find real joy in anything that floats. I’m also a big rugby fan—there’s nothing quite like the spirit, strategy, and strength of the game.

I bring both practical expertise and a team-oriented mindset to everything I do, always aiming to stay ahead in a fast-evolving industry while enjoying the ride—whether on the road, the water, or watching rugby.

I’ve been working through my Autocare Apprenticeship for nearly four years, on the path to becoming a fully qualified vehicle technician. But the journey started long before that, growing up around engines and cars with my grandad is where the spark first ignited.

Outside the workshop, I ride my motocross bike in my spare time and live for anything with speed, sound, and power. I’ve got a huge passion for tuning, Formula 1, and motorsport in general—whether it’s pushing the limits on the track or chasing perfect performance in the workshop, I’m all in when it comes to engines and adrenaline.

I’m a Level 3 Apprentice with 2 years of practical experience in the automotive sector. I’m F-Gas certified, which qualifies me to safely service and recharge vehicle air conditioning systems.

I’m focused on developing my skills and gaining broader industry knowledge as I progress through my apprenticeship. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with friends. I have a strong interest in motorsports, particularly MotoGP and British Superbikes, and one of my ambitions is to attend the Isle of Man TT.

I joined Automotion in September as a Service Advisor, I enjoy helping customers feel comfortable and confident when they bring their vehicle to us. I’m friendly, easy to talk to, and always happy to answer questions, no matter how big, or small.

I take pride in clear, honest communication and making sure customers understand progress with their vehicle. I’m organised and reliable, and I focus on keeping everything running smoothly while making the experience as stress-free as possible.

I love building genuine relationships with customers and making sure everyone leaves feeling looked after and reassured.

I am a Level 2 qualified Vehicle Technician with 14 years of experience working within the motor industry. Throughout my career, I have developed strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repairs. I take pride in the quality of my work and enjoy the challenges that come with the role, along with the opportunity to continue learning and developing my skills.

Outside of work, I enjoy skiing and anything mountain related. I have a real passion for the outdoors and enjoy staying active, challenging myself, and taking on new adventures. These hobbies help me maintain a good balance between work and personal life.

I am a motivated and a hard worker with a passion for cars, I currently hold a level 2 qualification and am almost finished with level 3 motorsport which I plan to use to help me get to my dream of formula 1 mechanics, outside of work I enjoy football, gym and training in various martial arts which have all helped me develop discipline resilience and a strong work ethic, I believe in taking steady steps towards my goals. I’m excited about being a part of the team at Automotion.
